Man throws plate at shelter employee in lobby

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a shelter near Operations Drive in Valhalla for a reported disturbance involving a man who allegedly threw a plate at an employee in the main lobby while security tried to escort him from an upper floor.
