Suspicious vehicles with masked occupants near Cottage Ave

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to the area near Cottage Avenue and Dakota Street for reports of possible suspicious activity involving multiple vehicles, including a red SUV seen circling the area and a silver sedan with two subjects reportedly wearing ski masks. One vehicle was last seen heading toward the nearby Walmart parking lot.
