Tree and power lines down blocking Walnut Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to Walnut Street near East Main Street for a large tree down across the road with a pole and power lines also down. The situation later focused on a location near the 100 block of Walnut Street, where both primary and secondary power lines were reported down and the road was blocked. A utility company was requested to assist, and units also checked a separate wire-down report on North Angel Road involving a vehicle with the driver still inside.
