Report of missed child pickup by parent

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were sent to a residence near State Route 5 in the Town of Vernon (near Hawthorne Drive and Youngs Road) after a caller reported the children’s father (name withheld) did not show up this morning to pick up the kids. The caller said he is recently out of rehab and suffers from depression.
