Report of man attempting to grab infant at Walmart on 20th Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report at a Walmart on 20th Street that a man was possibly following a caller’s children and allegedly attempted to grab the caller’s 10-month-old near checkout lane (number withheld). Store employees/management were with or following the man as he moved outside and then back inside. Suspect description was initially broadcast as a Hispanic male in a black long-sleeve shirt/black hat/shorts, but later updated as a white male (not Hispanic).
