Child briefly missing from park found at restaurant

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers spoke with the reporting party at a local park about a child in a Reynaldo jersey who had last been seen there about 15 minutes earlier. The child was later located safely at a nearby business on West Cottage Grove Road.
