Elderly woman fell and has left hip pain

As discussed during the dispatch call, an elderly woman, age 88, fell at her residence near Ohio 185 in Versailles. She has left hip pain, possible urinary tract infection, and cannot bear weight on her leg. She was to be transported to the Reed emergency department.
