Reported vehicle theft from Vienna apartment lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible stolen vehicle from the parking area of an apartment complex on Cedar Lane Southeast. The caller stated the vehicle has been missing since around midday and is not at any tow facilities they contacted. They believe someone they know, who was aware the keys were kept in the glove box, may have taken the vehicle, but they are not completely sure this person is responsible and have been unable to reach him by phone.
