As discussed during the dispatch call, a delivery driver reported a suspicious person who apparently followed him from a Walmart on Route 7 to a neighborhood on Sawtooth Oak Court. The person was reportedly chasing the driver in the neighborhood, possibly using an older Nissan or a blue 2016 BMW sedan.
