Instacart driver followed by vehicle in neighborhood

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers are dispatched to a suspicious activity call involving a delivery driver who reports that a vehicle may have been following him near a residential area. The driver briefly left and returned, and the same vehicle was apparently still in the area.
