Reckless driver passes pedestrians in crosswalk

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were advised of a possible reckless driver in an older BMW traveling east on St Charles Road from Ardmore Avenue in Villa Park. The driver reportedly yelled at the caller and tried to pass while pedestrians were in the crosswalk before continuing eastbound.
