Boyfriend reportedly locks (name withheld) out and throws drinks on her

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported domestic incident near North Ardmore Avenue. A caller said her boyfriend took her keys and locked her out of the apartment, and threw tequila and Gatorade on her. She was outside with her two young children (reported ages 3 and 5).
