Neighbor dispute over dog and fence

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a recent dispute on Atlanta Street where a caller’s spouse and a neighbor were allegedly kicking at a dog and a fence. The neighbor reportedly returned to mowing grass next door afterward.
