Suspicious dark car by old church in Vincent

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a report in Vincent of a dark blue vehicle with a missing rear fender parked beside a rundown white house on a corner lot near an old Catholic church off Route 339. Units were given directions to Second Street to help locate the residence and vehicle.
