Unresponsive man with low blood sugar and abnormal breathing

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a medical emergency near Hargen Road for an apparent 75-year-old man who was unresponsive with abnormal breathing and very low blood sugar, with oxygen support applied on scene.
