Suspicious person walking near restaurant in Vinita

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a man who had been walking around near a Taco Mayo restaurant in Vinita for several hours before dark. The reporting party said the man walked toward another nearby location. An officer found the man, who was reportedly shouting, and planned to contact him when he came outside.
