Semi losing blue barrels on Will Rogers Turnpike

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers received a report that a semi truck traveling westbound on the Will Rogers Turnpike near Vinita was possibly losing blue barrels between mile markers 289 and 285. A unit checked the area and saw some barrels and a nearby crash but did not confirm seeing the semi losing its load.
