Person reported for trespassing and taking phone

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a possible trespassing and theft incident at a residence on South Avenue South. A person who arrived at the home with another subject allegedly refused to leave and is accused of taking the caller’s phone. The individual may have walked toward a nearby thrift shop and is believed to live in an apartment above it.
