Welfare check for missing patient on E 13th Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers sent deputies to check on a reportedly missing or unresponsive patient at a residence near East 13th Street in Vinton. The reporting party, who uses a wheelchair, said the patient was not at the home when they looked outside. Police arrived and reported they did not find the patient at the location.
