Person with asthma loses consciousness at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded near Devon Way in Virginia Beach for a medical call involving a patient with asthma who was initially conscious and breathing, then reportedly became unconscious. A fire engine and an ambulance were dispatched to the scene.
