Tree blocking part of northbound lane on Highway 1

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a report of a tree partially blocking the northbound lane of a highway near Kendrick Road in Caddo Parish. A unit was sent to check whether the tree could be moved, and another district may be notified to cut it up if needed.
