As discussed during the dispatch call, park staff at a campground in Voluntown reported a vehicle whose driver was previously seen slumped over the wheel near a youth bathroom area. The same vehicle was later found back at the campground, where staff discovered a needle with blood on the ground and checked on the driver’s well-being.
