Man repeatedly filming woman and child at residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported a suspicious man from the Heritage Prairie Apartments who has allegedly been bothering her and recently filmed her and her daughter. She is currently at a residence near Cedar Street in North Redwood and reported feeling scared. The man may still be walking around the area and is believed to live in an apartment at the Heritage Prairie Apartments.
