Elderly man with respiratory distress and seizure symptoms

As discussed during the dispatch call, an EMS crew requested medical control guidance for a 76-year-old man near South Maple Street in Waconia who was in apparent severe respiratory distress with a history of COPD and heart failure. Medics reported high blood pressure, rapid pulse, and difficulty tolerating CPAP, and were advised to switch to high-flow oxygen and consider additional medications while transporting him to the hospital.
