Possible painkiller overdose with breathing difficulty

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a possible painkiller overdose involving a 52-year-old woman with breathing difficulties and heart issues near East Second Street in Waconia. Medics were initially asked to wait nearby until law enforcement cleared them to go in, and then arrived on scene.
