As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a reckless driver in a four-door sedan traveling east on State Road 66 near State Road 165, allegedly moving very slowly and in the wrong lane beside another vehicle before turning south on Springfield Boulevard toward Old State Road and a nearby parking lot.
