As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent to a senior living facility near 1st Avenue North in Waite Park for a reported 65-year-old man experiencing chest discomfort and possible heart rhythm issues. In a separate incident, a caller reported a semi truck speeding and tailgating on a nearby highway before it left the caller’s view.
