Patient found in cardiac arrest near Waldo

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical teams were sent to a possible cardiac arrest at a residence on Northeast 148th Avenue after a caller reported an unconscious patient who felt cold in a warm environment. Law enforcement also responded to the incident.
