Caller hears noises in garage and basement

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller in Waldo reported suspicious noises at a residence on Waterville Road after moving items in and out of the garage. The caller, who has a broken hip and could not safely check the area, thought someone might be in the garage or basement and requested a law enforcement response.
