Man twisted hip causing pain at home in Waldo

As discussed during the dispatch call, an emergency medical service was requested for a middle-aged man near Waterville Road in Waldo who is conscious and breathing and complaining of hip pain linked to a prior condition after twisting his hip. Rescue units are en route.
