Driver leaves crash after claiming to be officer

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were sent to a gas station near Middletown Road for a reported hit-and-run. The caller said another driver hit her vehicle, gave questionable information, and falsely claimed to be a sheriff’s office officer. Deputies planned to review additional notes in the call sheet.
