20-year-old woman with breathing issues on Decker Rd

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews responded near Decker Road and Welch for a reported medical problem involving an adult woman at a front door who appeared to have slurred speech, coughing, and breathing difficulty. Medic units from station three were dispatched and reported arriving at the Decker and Welch intersection.
