Building and trailer fire with power lines down

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews are responding to a structure and trailer fire near Decker Road, where downed power lines are reported on top of the building and trailer. Units report they are currently unable to apply water to the fire, and additional police units are requested to close Decker Road. An EMT has been requested to respond to the scene.
