Intoxicated woman with loss of motor function

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews were dispatched to an address on Travers Road in Wallingford for a reported intoxicated adult woman who had soiled herself and appeared to have lost motor function but was still breathing and moving. Her age was reported inconsistently over the radio.
