Orange saddlebag lost on southbound 57 freeway

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported that an orange saddlebag fell off a motorcycle on the southbound 57 freeway between Temple Avenue and Grand Avenue around 0100 hours. The caller later drove through the area and could not find the bag and requested that units contact him if it is located.
