Engine requests ALS for patient at Byron Park

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and medical units responded to a medical emergency at a care facility near Tice Valley Boulevard in Walnut Creek. Engine 3 reached the patient, requested code 3 advanced life support, and the basic life support unit was canceled. Medic 4 was dispatched code 3 to assist.
