Suspicious vehicle reported at KeyBank parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of a bank on Lehigh Drive. The vehicle reportedly resembled a police car and may have briefly stopped at the ATM before leaving about 15 minutes earlier.
