Cement barrier sticking out near roadway

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a cement barrier near General Edwards Highway and Old Post Road in Walpole. An officer checked the area and found the barrier near the roadway but not blocking traffic, and requested public works be contacted to move it further away.
