Poor connection call leads to medical emergency at highway

As discussed during the dispatch call, a welfare check was dispatched to near Mason Dixon Highway following a poor phone connection where the caller mentioned an emergency and then disconnected. Callback attempts were unsuccessful. Units were en route but later told to disregard as contact was re-established and it was confirmed to be a medical call.
