Man yelling in driveway after odd behavior report

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious man at a home near County Road 72 in the Warba area. The caller said the man stood in her driveway, came to the house, was given water, acted strangely, and later stood at the end of the driveway yelling and screaming.
