Intoxicated woman suicidal with access to weapons at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies and EMS were dispatched to a possible suicidal person near Nelson Street in Ward. The caller, reportedly the landlord, said the female renter was intoxicated, throwing items, and had access to knives and mace.
