Abandoned electric car on Trout Run Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers and deputies discussed a possible abandoned or disabled electric vehicle along Trout Run Road, after a passerby reported the car had been sitting for several hours and appeared to have lost power. Tow service was requested while a unit traveled from some distance to check the situation.
