Female patient with facial numbness and stroke history at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical emergency is reported near Fairview Road, Union Township involving a female patient with left-sided facial numbness and a history of strokes. The call was made through an alarm company and responded to by fire and EMS units including medic 591 and company 43.
