Person attacked and bleeding from unsecured dogs

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a disturbance with medical response near Southeast 47th Street and South Sterling involving a possible dog attack. Two dogs were reportedly circling a person, and a woman was later described as sitting on a bystander’s truck and bleeding heavily. The dogs were then reported to be unsecured in front of a nearby house.
