Man reported with stroke symptoms shows no stroke evidence

As discussed during the dispatch call, first responders were sent to a location near Warrenton Embro Road and Howard VBA Shaver Road for a middle-aged male patient with possible stroke symptoms, nausea, and vomiting. Later evaluation indicated no evidence of stroke.
