As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a possible high‑risk traffic stop involving a green Saturn with no license plate near East Harbor Drive and Southeast 10th Street in Warrenton. During the same radio traffic, medics were sent to a location on South Main Avenue for an elderly woman reporting chest pain and possible heart rhythm issues.
