Driver reports being followed and car rammed

As discussed during the dispatch call, a woman driving near Louisa Street reported that another driver followed her and may have rammed her vehicle, then left the area in a beige car, possibly a dark gray 2018 Honda Accord. She drove to the police department to meet officers.
