Units told to pull out ahead of another storm; meet at Washburn Post

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic advises another storm cell is approaching in about 30 minutes on the same track. Units are instructed to pull out/leave the area and county units are directed to meet at the Washburn Post; residents leaving are also warned of the incoming storm.
