As discussed during the dispatch call, medical emergency for a 72-year-old female near West Third Street in Washburn. Patient awake but not alert, breathing, possibly dizzy. She recently returned from the ER for difficulty breathing and was given prednisone. Law enforcement is present on scene. Mutual aid requested for full EMS rig response.
