We're inbound emergency mode with a (name withheld)-year-old male patient. This is a stroke alert that I have pulsared in. Currently, he is alert and orange-ed. He went to bed last night at 1.30. That's his last known well-time was 1.30 this morning. At 6.30, he awoke with vomiting and diarrhea. Since that time, family has noticed that his balance has become off. He has trouble walking. His speech is mildly slurred. and he is confused. They say that he was not acting normally when that called us. He is alert and oriented except time and events. His heart rate is 1.2 is the size stack on the monitor. His OTAC is 91% of room air. His lungs are clear. My stroke scale, other than the balance in the third speech is negative and everything else was normal. Flood pressure is 188 over 94. CBG is 179. I have one IV established that's always been able to let me start. He is mildly combative with us. We're transporting the ETA of 15 minutes. Do you require any further?
